Nutritional Wisdom Signature Smoothie

Recipe by

  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful spinach or kale
  • 1 scoop protein powder - We like the Designs for Health PurePaleo (see Recipe Notes below for link)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add almond milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
