Additionally, when we hold onto limiting beliefs about ourselves, we may not take the necessary steps to care for our bodies, like eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep.
So, what can we do to let go of beliefs, thoughts, and stories that don't support us and move forward in a healthy, positive way?
