Cook once, eat all week. My simple batch‑cooking system to save time and sanity.

Of all the changes I ask my clients to make (and many of them are huge, life altering shifts) there’s one where I get the most resistance:
Cooking.
Did you just think of ten reasons not to do it? Watch this video, because unless you are actively involved in the cooking of your food, you are outsourcing your health. It’s that serious!
I’m not going to ask you to make Instagram-able meals every night. I don’t even do that! But I will share with you how I’ve been cooking at least 90% of the food that I eat for the last 10 years. I know you are busy and I hear you - I’m also running a business and feeding four people in my house (and that’s if I count my husband only once, which seems inaccurate, but whatever).
Watch this and steal my routine I’ve been perfecting for years! If I had to point to one lifestyle change I’ve made to get me this far with my health, it’s the consistency of cooking my own food.
Love,
CP

My story is probably very similar to yours. I wasn’t happy with my body, but I was addicted to sugar and overeating. I was constantly stressed, worried and anxious, but I couldn’t control the voice in my head. I wanted to make changes, but I was stuck in patterns that seemed to control me...
