Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Season chicken thighs and place in a glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
