- 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- sea salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season chicken thighs and place in a glass baking dish.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
