  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup raw, local honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • cacao nibs, for garnish
  • Place coconut cream, cacao powder, honey and chia seeds in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together until well-combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or until firm.
