Recipe by I Quit Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup raw, local honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- cacao nibs, for garnish
- Place coconut cream, cacao powder, honey and chia seeds in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until well-combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or until firm.
Option to garnish with strawberries and raspberries!
