Lemon Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop kale into ½ inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
  • With hands massage oil, lemon juice and salt into kale.
  • Place kale on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until kale is dark green and crispy.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
