Recipes that are all gluten & dairy free
- 1/2 cup dry rolled gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 10 almonds, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
- optional: 1 scoop protein powder - We like the Designs for Health PurePaleo (see Recipe Notes below for link)
- optional: 1 tsp cacao nibs
- Combine ingredients (excluding 1/3 cup almond milk) in a glass mason jar and cover.
- Soak in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, add 1/3 cup almond milk and stir.
