Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dry rolled gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 10 almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
  • optional: 1 scoop protein powder, we like the Designs for Health PurePaleo line (see recipe notes below)
  • optional: 1 tsp cacao nibs
Directions
  • Combine ingredients (excluding 1/3 cup almond milk) in a glass mason jar and cover.
  • Soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, add 1/3 cup almond milk and stir.
